Designed and simulated a fully automated production line using Siemens TIA Portal and Factory IO, replicating real-world industrial processes for training and validation purposes.

Key Features:

PLC Programming & Simulation:

Developed and tested automation logic using Siemens S7-1200 PLC in TIA Portal, integrated with Factory IO for real-time 3D process simulation.

HMI Integration:

Built a Human-Machine Interface (HMI) for real-time process monitoring, manual overrides, and fault diagnosis using TIA Portal.

System Validation:

Performed SIL-based (Safety Integrity Level) simulation and analysis to ensure the reliability and safety of the automation process.

Industrial Workflow Simulation:

Simulated conveyor operations, sensors, actuators, and control logic to mirror typical industrial automation lines.
