Designed and built a semi-autonomous mobile robot capable of indoor navigation using QR code detection. The system was developed for smart delivery applications in controlled environments like hotels or offices.

Key Features:

QR-Based Navigation:

Implemented a vision-based navigation system using OpenCV to detect and decode QR codes that guided the robot through predefined paths.

Autonomous Control System:

Developed PID-based motion control algorithms for accurate path following and maneuvering.

Multi-Platform Hardware Integration:

Coordinated control between a Raspberry Pi (vision and navigation) and an Arduino (motor control, sensors).

User Interface:

Created a custom GUI in Qt to allow real-time control, monitoring, and destination selection by users.

Simulation and Real-World Testing:

Simulated robot behavior and environment interaction using CoppeliaSim and validated its performance in real-world testing scenarios.
