Preface

This Prequalification Document for Procurement of Works (PQDPW) has been complied by Rodina General Contracting Establishment and conveys the structure and the provisions of the Master Document “Prequalification Document for Procurement of Works” issued by the Procurement and Estimation Department, except where specific considerations of the procurement policies of the Company have required an urgent change. This PQD incorporates the recent features of the January 2025 Guidelines for Procurement.
