EVALUATION FINAL PERFORMANCE EVALUATION Lifesaving multi-sectoral response to the Storm Daniel flood affected population in northeast Libya September 2024

This evaluation assesses the BHA-funded project's relevance, coherence, effectiveness, efficiency, and sustainability in addressing the needs of flood-affected populations in Northeast Libya. Following Hurricane Daniel, the project provided humanitarian assistance in the health, MHPSS, WASH, and GBV sectors.
