This project involved creating a structured and visually organized workout planner based on the Push, Pull, Legs (PPL) training split. The design includes dedicated sections for each workout day, allowing users to track exercises, sets, reps, and progress. It was developed to suit both beginners and intermediate gym-goers, focusing on clarity, motivation, and ease of use. The layout balances functionality with modern fitness aesthetics, making it suitable for print or digital use (PDF/mobile format).
