Learning Management System (LMS)

As the Product Owner, I led a team of 7 developers to design, develop, and deliver Meta Edu, a comprehensive educational management web application. This platform was built to simplify and optimize daily operations for educational institutions, integrating over 10 fully functional modules that cover both academic and administrative needs, include:

1. Dashboard: Real-time monitoring, progress tracking, and decision support.

2. Accounts: Financial transactions, reporting, record-keeping, and compliance.

3. Administration: Ensures secure, efficient system operation.

4. Teachers: Tools for curriculum delivery, class management, and evaluations.

5. Students: Manages records, enrollment, and academic progress (preschool & KG).

6. Parents: Access to student progress, attendance, and communication tools.

7. HR: Manages staff records, roles, and responsibilities.

8. Exam: Online exam creation, management, and student assessments.

9. Report: Generates reports for performance and analysis.

10. Utilities: Communication tools connecting teachers, students, parents, and admins.

Throughout the project, I was responsible for gathering and refining requirements, prioritizing features, managing the product backlog, and ensuring that the development aligned with the institution’s business objectives. My leadership helped ensure timely delivery, adherence to high coding standards, and the seamless integration of multiple complex modules into a unified, reliable system.

Meta Edu is now a scalable, efficient, and user-friendly solution that has significantly enhanced the operational efficiency and educational experience for institutions using the platform.
