تفاصيل العمل

Mishkat is a visionary architectural project designed as a comprehensive logistics hub specializing in the handling, testing, assembly, and research of electronic devices and components such as mobile phones, circuit boards, batteries, and audio equipment. Strategically planned over an area of approximately 68,000 m², the project integrates logistics operations with administrative, cultural, commercial, research, and innovation functions.

Inspired by the inner dynamics of electronic circuits, the spatial organization of the site mimics the flow of electric pulses within a motherboard. Each architectural block represents a functional unit — from cultural nodes to business incubators — interconnected through a series of circular public plazas that symbolize pulse centers. These "pulses" narrate a seamless journey for users from the entrance to the final logistics zone.

The project emphasizes sustainability through smart technologies like IoT integration, energy-efficient systems, and modular spaces. It also addresses the strategic need for localizing the electronics supply chain in Egypt, reducing dependency on imports, and enhancing technological autonomy.

More than just a logistics center, Mishkat serves as a dynamic platform for innovation, investment, and industrial synergy — where architecture becomes a living circuit powering the future of electronics in the region.
