This user manual provides a structured and simplified training guide for new users of the Amadeus Altéa CM (Customer Management) system, which is a critical component within the Altéa Departure Control Suite. The manual was developed for internal staff training at Fly Baghdad, aiming to streamline the onboarding process and enhance operational accuracy at check-in and boarding gates.

I independently authored over 90% of this manual based on my hands-on experience with the system, and direct observation of operational flows. I structured the guide with screenshots, shortcut explanations, and real-case scenarios, making it an effective quick-reference and training asset.
