I participated in the implementation and global rollout of a Departure Control System (DCS) for Fly Baghdad in collaboration with Amadeus. This document shows a detailed timeline of all key milestones including project kickoff, training needs analysis, migration strategy, business process testing, cutover planning, and project closure.
My role included coordinating with stakeholders, reviewing and updating the milestone statuses, validating deliverables with cross-functional teams, and ensuring readiness for each project phase. I was responsible for over 80% of the documentation, follow-up communication, and ensuring alignment between internal airline teams and Amadeus consultants.
