KPI Dashboard Using Power BI

This project presents an interactive Key Performance Indicators (KPI) Dashboard designed to monitor and evaluate the performance of the Human Resources (HR) department at Specialized Security Services. The dashboard was developed using Power BI and showcases a clear comparison between target and actual performance values across three major KPI categories: Customer Satisfaction, Marketing, and Performance Indicators.
