E-Commerce

building and expanding a backend e-commerce application using Java, Spring Boot, and MySQL. The project is designed to simulate real-world shopping functionality while focusing on clean architecture, proper API design, and solid backend practices.

This project is part of my continuous learning journey in backend development, and I’m actively enhancing it as I grow. Currently, it includes

features like:

- Product management (create, update, delete, list)

- Shopping cart and item handling

- Basic user management

- RESTful API development

- MySQL database integration

- Exception and error handling

- Unit testing using JUnit to ensure code reliability and stability

I’m also in the process of learning Microservices architecture and will be restructuring this project into microservices using Spring Cloud, Spring Security, JWT, and Service Discovery (Eureka) in upcoming versions.

The goal is to evolve this into a more scalable and distributed system, and to strengthen my practical skills in building real-world enterprise-level applications.
