ANAD website

This project involves creating a complete web platform for ANAD (Agence Nationale Antidopage), the official Tunisian agency responsible for fighting doping in sports. The platform will include a public website to present ANAD’s mission, share news and educational content, and allow users to securely report suspected doping cases. It will also include an admin dashboard where ANAD staff can manage news, handle incoming reports, and monitor user submissions. The solution should be modern, responsive, secure, and support both Arabic and French languages.
