add work flow features to our employees portal also add authorization matrix

our company using oracle apex as a portal for employee to show them news and any announcements

employees use to make the vacation request from their managers by paper so i make it through the portal and the employee login and make a vacation request and it appear to their managers in a a specific page also there is a notification to them and when they approve it i have created a data link to the main hr system which is oracle and it

create the vacation on it

also the was no authorization or privilege's to each user to see what it was made custom without matrix so i have enhanced that so you can easily create a user privilege's and edit it
