Business Model Canvas (BMC)

I designed and developed a Business Model Canvas (BMC) for my smart agriculture project, which focuses on monitoring crop storage conditions using AI and IoT technologies.

The BMC includes all key components of the business model such as value propositions, customer segments, channels, revenue streams, and cost structure.

This model helped clarify the project’s full vision in a structured and professional way, and was used to effectively present the project to judges and stakeholders.
