Wjhtak – Tourism Travel Booking Website & Mobile Application

Wjhtak is a multi-platform travel booking system that includes a website, mobile application (Android & iOS), and a web-based admin dashboard. The platform enables users to book domestic and international trips, complete with secure online payment options. Each trip includes a structured daily itinerary, detailing planned activities, visits, and sightseeing to give users full visibility of their journey.

The admin dashboard provides backend control for managing trip listings, customer bookings, content updates, and user support.

My Role and Responsibilities as a QA Tester:

- Requirement Analysis: Reviewed business and functional requirements to understand user flows and test scope.

- Test Planning & Case Creation: Designed comprehensive test scenarios and test cases covering both client-facing platforms (website & mobile app) and the admin dashboard.

- Functional Testing: Executed manual tests to verify booking flows, package selection, itinerary visibility, payment processing, user registration/login, and language localization.

- Cross-Platform Testing: Conducted cross-browser testing on the web platform and device compatibility testing on Android and iOS to ensure consistent performance and usability.

- Dashboard Testing: Verified admin features like trip creation, itinerary editing, booking management, and analytics.

- Bug Reporting: Identified and reported defects, ensuring clear documentation and collaboration with developers for resolution.

- Regression & Smoke Testing: Validated bug fixes and performed regression testing during sprints to maintain system stability.

- UI/UX Testing: Checked layout consistency, responsiveness, and user interface alignment with design expectations.
