I was responsible for conducting manual testing on Arabic Mutton, a web-based platform that allows customers to purchase sacrificial meat such as sheep and calves, along with a range of related services. The platform also supports charitable meat distribution in countries like Tanzania and Sudan.
Platform Features:
Online ordering with full customization.
Additional services such as slaughtering, cleaning, cooking, delivery, or distribution to those in need.
Multilingual interface to support users from different regions.
Admin dashboard for managing orders, services, and donations.
Responsibilities:
- Analyzed requirements and functional specifications to develop comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Performed manual testing to ensure functionality, usability, and consistency across different browsers and screen sizes.
- Tested critical user journeys including:
1- Browsing and selecting animals.
2- Choosing additional services.
3- Completing payment and donation workflows.
4- Verified content accuracy, pricing logic, language support, and form validations.
5- Conducted cross-browser and responsive testing (desktop, tablet, mobile view).
- Tested the admin dashboard for order tracking, service coordination, and customer management.
- Reported bugs clearly with steps to reproduce and worked closely with developers to ensure timely fixes.
- QA activities such as retesting and regression testing cycles.
Outcome:
My efforts contributed to the successful delivery of a reliable and user-friendly web platform that operated smoothly during peak usage periods such as Eid al-Adha, helping users fulfill religious obligations and support charitable causes effectively.
