This custom control board is built around an ESP32-S3 microcontroller and designed for managing multiple I/O devices, communication interfaces, and power domains. It supports 12V input and includes onboard regulators for 3.3V, 5V, and 12V rails. The system integrates up to four low-power MOSFET outputs (250 mA max), relays, and opto-isolated inputs for robust signal control. It interfaces with two RS232 ports via level-shifting TTL converters and offers configurable switching via jumpers and dedicated 5V/12V toggles. A LAN port, USB-C for programming, and visual status feedback through RGB LEDs complete the design, making it ideal for remote automation or industrial monitoring applications. This board was designed for a passenger ticket gate system used in public transport infrastructure in Poland.
