This project, though small in scale, was a major milestone for me. I mastered Next.js and gained valuable insights into hosting and cost optimization strategies.

Here are my top takeaways:

1. Next.js Mastery: Simplified complex UI challenges and improved performance through reusable components and routing.

2. Hosting & Infrastructure: Gained hands-on experience with Vercel, AWS, and Uploadcare, learning how to manage resources efficiently.

3. Cost Reduction: Implemented caching strategies like static generation (SSG) and incremental static regeneration (ISR) to reduce hosting costs and speed up delivery. This also reduced the need for repeated, expensive operations like database queries and API calls by storing results temporarily.
