This architectural project presents a modern and innovative design for a bank headquarters. The building is characterized by its dynamic organic form and fluid curves, which give it a strong visual identity and create a welcoming and futuristic atmosphere. The design combines both functionality and aesthetics, addressing the needs of both staff and visitors.

Project Features:

Site Planning: The site layout ensures smooth circulation and accessibility, with clear zoning between public and private areas.

Form & Concept: The flowing design enhances natural light penetration and creates visual openness, while also integrating green outdoor spaces.

Spatial Organization:

Basement: Service and utility areas.

Level 2–4: Offices, customer service halls, meeting rooms, and lounge spaces.

Interior Design: The interiors are designed to be both efficient and comfortable, with modern furniture and large glass facades that allow for panoramic views and daylighting.

3D Model & Renders: Realistic renders demonstrate the project’s design intention and atmosphere, showcasing both external views and detailed interiors.

Elevations and Sections: The elevations and sectional drawings highlight the building’s form, vertical circulation, and interaction between floors.
