"In this project, I performed a deep-dive data analysis for a global retail dataset containing over 50,000 transactions. Using Python, I developed an RFM (Recency, Frequency, Monetary) model to segment the customer base into actionable groups such as 'Champions,' 'Loyal Customers,' and 'At-Risk.' This analysis helps businesses optimize their marketing spend by targeting the right audience with personalized strategies. The project includes full data cleaning, feature engineering, and data visualization to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders."
