XQUAL is a service design and project management tool developed to align with international customer

experience standards for government entities. It provides a fully digitalized environment that offers organizations

a comprehensive view of the service design cycle, improving efficiency and decision-making.

My Role as Business Analyst & Project Manager:

• Led the development and deployment, ensuring alignment with customer experience standards and

international best practices.

• Gathered, analyzed, and documented stakeholder requirements to tailor the tool to their needs.

• Designed and optimized workflows to enhance usability and streamline service design tracking.

• Conducted system testing to resolve issues and ensure optimal tool performance.

• Delivered client demos, showcasing key features and transformation benefits.

• Trained users on the system’s functionality, guiding them through efficient usage and best practices for

adoption.

• Managed project timelines, resources, and stakeholder engagement for successful delivery and continuous

improvement.
