I have developed a Clinic Management System using PHP Native and MySQL.

The system helps medical clinics manage their daily operations efficiently and includes the following modules:

User Authentication & Roles: Secure login with role-based access (Admin, Doctor, Receptionist, Patient).

Patient Management: Add, update, and manage patient records with personal and medical details.

Doctor Management: Manage doctors’ information and specialties.

Appointments: Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments.

Medical Records: Doctors can add diagnoses, treatments, and maintain patient history.

Prescriptions: Generate and track patient prescriptions.

Billing & Payments: Create invoices and manage payment status.

HTML, CSS, Bootstrap for responsive UI

JavaScript for form validation and interactivity

This project demonstrates my ability to design and build complete management systems with structured code, secure authentication, and a user-friendly interface.
