Automated Lid & Base Assembly Line using Ladder Logic with Siemens S7-1200 PLC

In this project, I designed and simulated a fully automated production line that carves both the lid and base with precision and assembles them automatically using Ladder Logic programming on the Siemens S7-1200 PLC.

Tools and Software Used:

• TIA Portal V16 for PLC programming

• Factory I/O for 3D simulation and system visualization

This system improves production efficiency, minimizes manual intervention, and ensures high-quality assembly, reflecting the real-world impact of industrial automation on manufacturing processes.
