Spay is a Direct carrier billing infrastructure that provides a gateway for any

service provider who will deduct the service fees from user’s mobile phone

balance in a real-time manner. Spay was integrated with Sudani billing

operator so that any user who has Sudani SIM card can pay for specific

service using his/her SIM balance.
