Residential Compound - Saudi Arabia

I led part of the architectural design for a gated residential compound in Riyadh, consisting of 245 villas of varying types. My responsibilities included developing the masterplan, designing unit layouts, and producing 2D drawings and 3D visualizations. The project focused on optimizing land use, privacy, and circulation while maintaining a cohesive modern aesthetic. The outcome was a clear, buildable design package used for client approval and municipal submission.
