I was responsible for setting up and configuring the Work Structure for Carrefour using the Oracle E-Business Suite (ERP) system. The scope of work included:
- Defining organizational entities (Operating Units) and aligning them with branch operations.
- Creating the full **Organization Hierarchy** based on the company’s business model.
- Setting up **Locations** and mapping them to various departments and business units.
- Configuring employee data and associating personnel with their respective locations and organizational units.
- Coordinating with the Finance and HR teams to ensure seamless integration of the Work Structure with other Oracle modules such as GL, HR, and PO.
- Conducting testing and validation to ensure accurate process flow and system performance across modules.
