Key Responsibilities:

- Developed and executed the project timeline, ensuring all milestones were achieved within the scheduled deadlines.

- Coordinated with interior designers, technical consultants, and site engineers to align the execution with design intent and functionality.

- Supervised and managed all HVAC, electrical, and plumbing installations, ensuring compliance with local codes and safety standards.

- Oversaw civil works, including partitions, ceiling, flooring, painting, and finishing details.

- Managed procurement and supplier follow-ups for timely delivery of materials, fixtures, and fittings.

- Conducted regular site inspections, handled snagging, and ensured all work met quality and specification standards.

- Maintained constant communication with the client, providing weekly progress reports and resolving any design/execution conflicts on-site.
