The study discusses the extent of the efficiency of using green energy in the construction

sector, as applied to the Arab Gulf countries. The study explains the concept of green energy, its

importance and types, and how it can be used to support the economy. The study also explains

the use of green energy in the construction sector in the Arab countries under study, while

clarifying the size The use of each country and the effectiveness of the use of green energy,

especially in the construction sector, in addition to a detailed study of the construction sector in

the Arab Gulf countries, which is characterized by the development and progress of their

construction sector, and the added value of the sector in the economy and the extent of its

importance, with this explained with graphs. The study also discusses theoretical the market

structure- conduct-performance (SCP) and how it appears, the positive aspects and criticism of

the theory by different economic schools, the factors affecting it and how to apply it and its role

in the construction sector. Finally, we applied the standard model to the countries under study to

measure the extent of the efficiency of using green energy in the construction sector. The time

series methodology and regression model were used to measure the impact and estimate the

relationship. The results were analyzed and compared for the countries under study.
