يتكون هذا المشروع من موقع إلكتروني سهل الاستخدام يمكن الوصول إليه من قبل الموظفين والمديرين على حد سواء، ويهدف إلى تسهيل عملية تقديم طلبات الإجازة والموافقة عليها. حيث يمكن للموظفين تقديم طلبات الإجازة بسهولة من خلال النظام، مع تحديد التواريخ المطلوبة وسبب الغياب. وفي المقابل، يتمكن المديرون من مراجعة هذه الطلبات والموافقة عليها بكفاءة، مما يساهم في ضمان سير العمل بسلاسة.
