•Leading, managing, and supervising the field team in implementing assessment projects funded by CCHN, CCCM, BHA, DFID, ECHO, UNOCHA, and UNOSAT, aimed at developing information products in humanitarian crises.

•Conducting assessments in WASH, Shelter, CVA, RNA, Market assessments, Multisector assessments, and ISMI assessments to map the needs, dynamics, and socio-economic relationships of communities affected by crises.

•Conducting humanitarian assessments, monitoring and evaluation activities, producing information management solutions, and facilitating capacity-building programs to support aid stakeholders in planning and responding to crises.

•Developing and coordinating the REACH enumerator & key informant network in Syria.

•Line management of enumerators, including supervision to ensure the efficient implementation of data collection activities.

•Ensuring the team's commitment to gender, protection, and inclusion across all programming.

•Initiating corrective actions and problem-solving as needed.

•Coordinating with enumerators on assessment follow-up and providing feedback to assessment staff for various research units.

•Providing timely and accurate updates to the field manager about any changes or challenges in the enumerator network during assessments.

Objective 2: Assessment Support & Quality Assurance:

•Supporting the development of REACH products and reports through maintaining a deep contextual understanding and actively sharing this with the program team.

•Conducting regular field risk analysis and developing mitigation plans.

•Providing ad hoc technical and administrative support to ensure efficient and effective assessment processes in the field.

•Completing field visits, spot checks, and triangulation regularly to ensure data quality and complement program team data cleaning strategies.

•Contributing to the development, revision, and refinement of assessment tools and procedures; incorporating enumerator feedback into this process and providing feedback to the program team.

•Providing training on core modules (developed based on REACH SOPs) and supporting assessment-specific training as required.

•Conducting FGDs and data collection with high-level KIs (e.g., camp management) while enumerators handle other data collection tasks.

•Providing effective supervision, leadership, coaching, and guidance to field staff in Idlib province, ensuring a skilled, motivated, and collaborative workforce.

Objective 3: Capacity Building Trainings:

•Providing the field team with training packages relevant to their work (e.g., communication skills, negotiation skills, safety, and security).

•Developing, planning, and promoting training timetables for internal staff.

Objective 4: Data Correction, Cleaning, Follow-Up, and Analysis:

•Ensuring collected data is accurate, complete, and adheres to established quality standards.

•Identifying inconsistencies or errors in data, conducting thorough data cleaning, and coordinating with enumerators to correct inaccuracies.

•Following up with enumerators to clarify data issues and ensure completeness of assessments.

•Analyzing collected data to provide actionable insights for reporting and decision-making.

•Collaborating with assessment and program teams to improve data quality and contribute to the refinement of assessment tools and methodologies.
