As a Marketing Project Manager, I played a key role in scaling the organic performance of an e-commerce website through a comprehensive SEO strategy. Over the span of 12 months, I contributed to achieving over 89,000 organic clicks and more than 7.5 million impressions, with a steady upward trend in both metrics.

My responsibilities included conducting in-depth keyword research, optimizing on-page SEO elements, resolving technical SEO issues, and guiding content development to align with user intent. I also implemented off-page strategies such as link-building and content outreach to improve domain authority and visibility.

By continuously analyzing performance data and adapting strategies using tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and SEMrush, I helped improve average rankings, increase traffic, and position the website for long-term growth in search engines. This resulted in a consistent boost in visibility and a growing click-through rate, especially evident from Q4 onward.
