Ajman Residential villa

NA Architects was granted a unique opportunity to design a villa that will fit on a plot of approximately 5000sqm. Within this plot, the Intent is to use a 900sqm portion of the plot to design a modern family home to accom- modate a G+R 3-bedroom villa, court yard, service block,swimming pool and BBQ area.

Design Approach:

The concpet is to create villa with courtyard for living hall and acting as focal point. I’ve genrally design the villa to act as courtyard it’s self, by creating an outdoor courtyard. located bedrooms ,living and dining hall with antractive courtyard view. Also oriented to miniumize directed sun- light in Rear Elevation of villa.
