NA Architects was granted a unique opportunity to design a villa that will fit on a plot of 587 sqm. Within this plot, the Intent is to use a 323 sqm por- tion of the plot to design a modern family home to accommodate a G+1+R 4-bedroom villa,swimming pool and outdoor seating area.

Design Approach:

The design embarces Modern principlee to enhances privacy with sepa- rated entrance for parking ,discrete openings and strategically placed walls featureing visors. Natural light and ventilation are seamlessly integraged to ensure optimal comfort. Additionally ,cost-effectiveness is prioritized through the use of soft concrete external paint, aesthetic bricks and verti- cal louvers panel for boundray walls ,minimizing material usage and main- tenance expenese.
