This project features a collection of data analytics dashboards focused on defect and downtime analysis. It includes interactive charts, statistical insights, and root cause analysis. Additionally, it provides visualizations of defect flow, plant maps, and supply chain performance. A comprehensive presentation and a detailed report were created to highlight key issues and propose improvement points.
