- نظام دَربْ التعليمي : يهدف نظام دَربْ التعليمي إلي جعل الأعمال التعليمية تبدو بشكل رقمي وأسهل علي العاملين بالنطاق التعليمي و الأباء.

الأعمال التعليمية :

- تسهيل عملية التواصل بين الإدارات التعليمية والمدارس الواقعة تحت نطاقها مثال : ( إدارة الجيزة -إدارة الهرم).

عمليات الأباء:

- تسهيل عملية تسجيل الأباء لأولادهم في المدارس المناسبة لهم أو القريبة منهم ويمكنه إختيار المدرسة الأفضل أو الأقرب حيث يتوفر فلتر مزود بالذكاء الإصطناعي لمساعدته.

- يمكن للأباء متابعة درجات أو سلوكيات اولادهم علي مدار العام الدراسي.

- متاح بوت مزود بالذكاء الإصطناعي لمساعدة الأب في معرفة كيفية التعامل مع نظام دَربْ التعليمي أو الرد علي أي إستفسار.

عمليات مدير المدرسة:

- يمكن لمدير المدرسة أن يري الطلاب والمسؤولين والمُعلمين العاملين والمُسجلين في المدرسة الخاصة به.

- يمكن للمدير أيضا أن يعمل حسابات مسؤولين مربوطين باكونت مدرسته وأن يختار لكل منهم وظيفته مثل (التصحيح - الرد علي الطلبات مثل طلبات التسجيل أو النقل او سحب الملفات - الدعم والشكاوي الواردة من الأبهات).

- يمكن للمدير أيضا إضافة أو حذف مُعلمين أو تعديل بيانتهم.

عمليات مدير الإدارة:

- يمكن لمدير الإدارة أن يُضيف أو يُعدل علي بيانات المدراس الواقعة تحت نطاق إدارته.

- إضافة الأحداث للمدراس مثل الإجازات الرسمية للطلاب و العمال - الأعياد - الإمتحانات وجداولها - تحديث في المناهج الدراسية من الإدارة العُليا.

School Principal Operations:

- The manager can also add or delete teachers or modify their data.

Administration Manager Operations:

- The administration manager can add or modify the data of schools under his administration.
