The UX process included user research, interviews, competitive analysis, user personas, empathy maps, user journeys, information architecture, wireframing, high-fidelity UI design, prototyping, and usability testing. Key features include location-based browsing, swipe-based book discovery, secure in-app messaging, user profiles, book listings, filters, and a flexible exchange system.
