This Power BI project was developed to provide a comprehensive analysis of sales trends and performance metrics for a key pharmaceutical drug. The goal was to deliver actionable insights to enhance sales strategies and improve market penetration.

1.Dashboard Design and Features:

•Sales Trends: Created interactive line charts to track monthly and yearly sales performance, identifying growth patterns and seasonal variations.

•Regional Performance: Built geographic visualizations to assess sales performance across regions and pinpoint high- and low-performing areas.

•Customer Segmentation: Developed bar and pie charts to analyze sales by customer type (e.g., hospitals, clinics, pharmacies) and measure their contribution to revenue.

•Key Metrics Tracking: Highlighted important KPIs such as total revenue, growth percentage, and average sales per region.

2.Advanced Analytics:

•Integrated historical sales data with market data to forecast future trends and demand.

•Used DAX measures to calculate metrics like sales growth rate, profit margins, and percentage contribution by product and region.

3.Interactive Features:

•Implemented slicers for dynamic filtering by region, time, and customer type, allowing stakeholders to deep-dive into specific segments.

•Enabled drill-down capabilities for granular insights into sub-regions and individual sales representatives’ performance.
