Project Report Design, testing, and the implementation of a light control system

One of the most crucial technological practices has been light con- trol systems. By using our understanding of digital logic principles and solution design, we were able to finish our project, which involved controlling a hospital’s lighting system. We have complied with all project criteria, which state that if two of the four switches are on, the yellow light will be on and that all three white lights should turn on regardless of whether of the four switches is on. A truth table was created for the aforementioned circumstances once we had decided how to construct this project Additionally, we created a K-map for more straightforward Boolean expressions so that we could test our design on TinkerCAD before beginning to build our digital circuits e↵ectively in the real world. We gained more knowledge about this field of digital logic design and e↵ectively met all of the project’s needs and goals, both in theory and in practice.
