I led the development and management of "تطبيق استقبلني", a mobile app designed to streamline service delivery in government offices and businesses. The app features appointment scheduling, queue management, real-time notifications, and access to service information, significantly reducing waiting times and improving user satisfaction.
As the Lead Developer and Project Manager, I oversaw the entire development process. I managed the project from planning to execution, coordinating with stakeholders, setting timelines, and ensuring the project stayed within scope and deadlines. I was responsible for both the front-end and back-end development, ensuring seamless integration of key features. I also worked closely with a team to ensure that the app’s performance and user experience were optimized.
I used Kotlin to build an efficient and scalable solution. Key features of the app include:
