multi-level encryption decryption

This project is a multilevel encryption / decryption python program that passes the plaintext through three different encryption techniques ,These techniques are  Vigenère cipher, Rail fence cipher, and Playfair cipher, Displays the ciphertext, Then decrypts the cipher text through three stages to get back the original plain text
