Patient Satisfaction Analysis using Tableau Operational Efficiency Analysis in Power BI – Healthcare Industry

In this project, I was tasked with analyzing operational efficiency in a healthcare setting using Power BI. The goal was to connect and model data focusing on patient wait times and surgery durations. I created interactive visualizations to track efficiency metrics, such as waiting times and surgery durations, while providing filters for departmental and time period-based analysis. KPIs and gauges were set up to evaluate performance against targets, helping the healthcare team identify areas for improvement.
