First I had to Understand Data then I started Build Some Measures and Computed Columns using Dax functions.

Measures :

Number of Customers

Number of Churned Customers

Churn Rate

Average Customer Service Call

Average Extra Data Charges

Average Extra International Charges

Computed Columns :

Contract Type: Divide Customers into Two Types "Yearly" and "Monthly".

Demographics: Categorize customers into "Seniors" "Under 30" and "Other".

Grouped Consumption: Divide Customers' Consumption into 3 Categories.

Analysis :

Deep into data to know what the is Churn Rate for according to Age and Data Charges and If customers use international charges and don't use it and a lot of insights that clear the picture for the company why churn rate happens.
