**HVAC, Plumbing, and Firefighting Design for Kakia AutoStore**

I had the privilege of designing the **HVAC system, plumbing system, and firefighting system** for the Kakia AutoStore, a sophisticated automotive facility aimed at combining functionality with comfort and safety.

**Scope of Work:**

1. **HVAC System Design:**

- Engineered efficient heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems to ensure optimal indoor air quality and temperature regulation.

- Integrated energy-efficient solutions to align with modern sustainability standards.

2. **Plumbing System Design:**

- Designed a reliable water supply network catering to domestic and operational needs.

- Incorporated waste and drainage systems to ensure smooth operation and hygiene.

3. **Firefighting System Design:**

- Developed an advanced firefighting system, including sprinkler layouts, hydrants, and emergency equipment, to comply with safety codes and standards.

4. **Bill of Quantities (B.O.Q):**

- Prepared a comprehensive B.O.Q detailing quantities and specifications for all mechanical, plumbing, and firefighting components, enabling accurate budgeting and procurement.
