In this project, I developed an advanced Heart Disease Prediction System that leverages Artificial Intelligence (AI), along with a fully integrated Backend and Frontend, to provide users with predictive insights into their cardiovascular health. The system is designed to analyze user inputs, such as medical history, lifestyle factors, and clinical data, to assess the likelihood of heart disease and predict the probability of developing cardiovascular conditions.

Key Features:

AI-powered Prediction: Utilizes machine learning algorithms to analyze various risk factors and predict the probability of heart disease with high accuracy.

Real-time Assessment: Provides real-time risk assessment, offering a personalized percentage of risk based on individual data.

Actionable Insights: Generates customized health recommendations, suggesting lifestyle changes, dietary improvements, and exercise routines to mitigate the risk of heart disease.

Interactive User Interface: The frontend is user-friendly, allowing users to input their data easily and receive a detailed report on their heart health status.

Backend Integration: A robust backend ensures smooth data processing, real-time analysis, and seamless integration of AI models for accurate predictions.

Risk Prediction and Management: The system offers insights into the severity of potential health risks and suggests preventive measures, empowering users to take control of their health.
