E-commerce Platform - Quality Assurance and Testing

Worked as a Software Testing Engineer on the QC team for the Abdul Aziz Stores B2C e-commerce platform, designed to allow users to purchase electronics and home appliances through a user-friendly website. This project focused on providing a seamless shopping experience for customers seeking products for their new homes. My role involved creating and executing test cases, performing both manual and automated testing, and identifying and reporting issues to maintain high quality and reliability. I was responsible for documenting test results, investigating and addressing root causes of issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to review user stories and design specifications. My contributions helped ensure a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience for end users.
