Malta

The City Centre Complex, located in St. Julian’s, Malta, is

a €250 million development by DB Group, featuring two

towers and a luxury hotel. Targeting LEED Gold

certification, it is one of Malta’s largest private

investments, combining residential, commercial, and

hospitality spaces.

My Role

As a BIM Coordinator, I managed the BIM Execution Plan,

ensuring smooth coordination across disciplines,

resolving design clashes, and maintaining BIM model

accuracy. I facilitated communication, aligned BIM

processes with project goals, and contributed to

efficient project delivery and sustainability targets.
