• Monitor and manage Orange network alarms, activations, and tasks in coordination with field teams to ensure

efficient operations.

• Lead and optimize field team resources, ensuring availability and mobility for effective task execution.

• Handle workflow requirements and prepare necessary tools for operational readiness.

• Serve as technical support for Ericsson (E//) and Nokia equipment, addressing technical issues and inquiries.

• Provide technical training and onboarding for newly hired team members to enhance team capabilities and

knowledge.

• Create and maintain action plans (APs) for daily operational tasks, ensuring clarity and accountability.

• Diagnose hardware issues, track progress on related tasks, and ensure timely resolutions.

• Oversee daily team activities to ensure compliance with operational standards and performance metrics.

• Close daily network trouble tickets on the related HP server, ensuring all issues are documented and resolved

promptly.
