Converged Network Field Operations, Site Run, Modifications and Upgrades project leader

• Manage and oversee day-to-day (D2D) network operations, administration, and maintenance (OAM) for both

software and hardware (BSS) in the North Upper Egypt region, focusing on quality and KPI performance.

• Lead Huawei Level 1 maintenance teams in executing maintenance activities and ensuring operational efficiency

in the North Upper Egypt area.

• Supervise network alarm monitoring and manage teams during outages, ensuring Service Level Agreements

(SLA) for alarm responses are met to maintain network availability 24/7.

• Oversee network modifications and upgrades across the Upper Egypt Zone, ensuring compliance with project

specifications.

• Coordinate with production and civil contractors, including SIATNIL, GPI, TRITEC, and Orascom, to implement

network modification and upgrade actions in the Upper Egypt region.

• Manage D2D rollout activations and requirements for network expansions in Upper Egypt.

• Prepare comprehensive network performance analyses and database enhancements for the North Upper Egypt

area.

• Execute network tower retrofitting and repair actions to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

• Review and approve civil consultants' reports, tasks, and billing for network-related projects.

• Develop and manage HP task action plans, ensuring timely approvals and implementation.

• Utilize Nokia NETACT and Huawei U2000 OMC-R applications for network management and operations
