For the Hydepark Office project in Egypt, the client sought an industrial open design that promotes collaboration while providing distinct spaces for management and meetings. We achieved this with a spacious, open-plan layout featuring concrete wall finishes that highlight the industrial theme. The manager’s office and meeting room are enclosed in glass, offering privacy while maintaining an open, transparent connection with the rest of the workspace. To add warmth and a natural touch, we incorporated lush vegetation and warm wood elements throughout. This design seamlessly blends industrial sophistication with natural comfort, enhancing both functionality and communication within the modern office environment.
