Club House

Involved In the renovation of the clubhouse with a focus on modernizing both the facade and functionality of the building. Our proposal introduced a dynamic, rhythmic ground-floor facade with walk-in commercial shops, giving the space a fresh, modern edge. The design also took advantage of the rooftop area by adding vegetation and sleek shading structures, creating a cool and contemporary appearance. This newly utilized rooftop provides an open, multipurpose communal space, blending style with function to cater to the needs of the community.
